I'm a Systems & Integration Support Specialist with more than 15 years supporting SaaS, ERP, and regulated enterprise environments. My work lives where platforms meet — diagnosing API failures, mapping data between systems, configuring workflows, and writing the SQL that proves what's actually happening under the hood.

I'm known for reducing integration failures, stabilizing system workflows, and partnering across engineering and operations so problems get solved once and stay solved. Whether it's a payload that won't authenticate or a migration that needs a steady hand, I trace it to the root cause and document it clearly so the next person doesn't have to start over.
